Delivery of your finished garaged can be expected within a 6/8 week time span. Our Manufacturer will contact you within one week of ordering to confirm whether your base has been constructed to allow fitment of the garage. The period can vary slightly depending on the time of year and how quick you return our standard documentation confirming provision of the Garage Base. All Clayton concrete panels feature machine vibrated and reinforced with a purpose made steel mat to give maximum strength.

All Concrete Gares are to be erected on a permanent base. We recommend that thisd should be have been laid at least a week prior to erection of the Garage. It is absolutely necessary for the base to be flat and level, determined by use of a spirit level. A Good concrete mix is 1 part cement, 2 parts sand, 4 parts gravel: your local concrete supplier will inform you of the amount required, if you provide them with the size of your base. We recommend you provide a base 4ins wider and 4in longer than the intended size of the Garage. The price quoted for your garage is on the understanding that the delivery vehicle can get to within 30 metres of the site for installation. You should make sure that the approach to your delivery address does not restrict access to Heavy Goods Vehicles.

We would advise contact with your local Planning Department prior to ordering your garage. As a consequence of being considered a temporary structure, precast concrete sectional garages generally do not need Planning Permission. However, that need not necessarily apply to your specific building, and the best advice we can offer, is that you contact your local authority planning office to discuss if you require planning or not. Cupar Garden Centre cannot be held responsible for any planning issues should you decide not to consult, should you decide not to consult with your local planning department.

Generally planning permission is required where on of the following conditions are met. The proposed building goes beyond the front elevation of your house (unless you have a very large front garden. More than half the area of your garden is covered by the proposed building. The building is more than 3 metres high, or 4m if an apex roof. The garage is within one metre of your existing house wall. In the case of the Lean-to range, where the building is going to be attached to the wall of a dwelling. You may not need planning permission, but may fall under building regulations if: The floor area of the building exceeds thirty square metres, or the total cubic area of the building exceeds seventy square metres. Cupar Garden Centre can supply basic dimension and specifications for your garage and a pictorial representation of the the finished item. However the provision of detailed drawings (if required) is the customers responsibility. If you need help with your planning forms you can contact us, we will do our best to help you with your application. In the event of the Planning Department refusing permission, all deposits are refundable. A Deposit of 15% is required with placement of the order. The order should be placed by contacting the Garden Centre on either 01334 655766 or 01334 655792. Ask for concrete sales orders, you should be passed to either Mike or John E Mail: Contact Form. We will discuss in detail your order requirements and when you are completely satisfied will expedite your order instructions.On placement of order you will be contacted to confirm whether your are in position to take delivery and fitment and to confirm that your base is fitted. The card should be returned to Clayton Garages as soon as possible. We will contact you on confirmation of supply/installation. The outstanding balance will be required ONE WEEK PRIOR to installation.
