Delivery Area

We offer a very flexible delivery service, with FREE delivery to UK Mainland on all orders! Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will call to arrange a suitable delivery date and where possible, an accurate time, between Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.

Depending on the size/weight of the items in your order, delivery will be made by Royal Mail, Courier or Pallet (Freight). We will add your Tracking Number to your Customer Account the same day the order is dispatched, to allow you to view the status of the delivery.

Pallet deliveries are made where because of size/weight, other methods are not feasible. The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particulary steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them.

Please advise at Check-Out if your delivery address is difficult to find or inaccessible to large vehicles. This will ensure a faster, easier delivery to your door.

All UK mainland orders qualify for free delivery - with no minimum payment required. Gift Tokens are sent by a secured method and therefore require a minimal postage payment. The required postal method is defined under the below categories. If you are unable to identify which zone your postal region belongs to, please use the form below for assistance. At the checkout stage, if your country is not listed or you are shown a notification regarding specialist shipment, please Contact Us using the form below. We can offer shipping to all of the countries and regions shown below. 'Free UK Delivery' applies to all Mainland UK customers, which are defined as all delivery addresses excluded from the postal regions shown below.

All Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and all other offshore islands are classified under 'UK Highlands & Islands' shipping band - please note this also includes Northern Ireland. Please note we are unable to offer a shipping price online for all of our products to all European and surrounding countries. You can purchase many items for delivery to Zone 1, 2, 3 and 4 online - you are required to contact us for a shipping quote for Zone 5, 6, 7 or 8 - or if you require specialist shipping (ie. items which are large, heavy and require to be sent on a pallet). The shipping zones are defined as:
